“Chatterbox has an amazing workplace culture with a team-based approach- the clinic is interdisciplinary with PT, ST, and OT and the clinicians have daily collaboration. I have been able to advance in my position over the past 2 years and learned many new skills clinically as well as in leadership. Each clinician gets $250 dollars yearly for Continuing Education, as well as active learning via monthly Lunch and Learns, and clinic resources/ trainings. As an SLP, I have a diverse caseload of children and get to improve my clinical skills in all areas, while also having opportunities to build my caseload in areas I am most interested in as well. Chatterbox is a fast paced environment- the days are busy but worth it. Lastly, this company is family owned, enabling us to feel heard, respected, and maintain close relationships.”
