Our Pooler clinic is located off of Pooler Parkway near the intersection at Park Avenue. From Pooler Pkwy, turn onto Park Ave, towards Publix. Take your first right at Dunkin Donuts onto Canal Street. Turn left onto Pipemakers Cir. and our office will be on your left.
