I’m Beth Fleming, and I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a journey that spans back to 2009. There’s something incredibly heartwarming about connecting with individuals of all ages who possess unique learning abilities. It’s almost as if this path was etched in my heart from the very beginning.
Before stepping into the world of speech pathology, I spent several years as an ABA therapist in both homes and schools. Those experiences illuminated my path and solidified my deep-seated passion for working with children, particularly those with autism. Witnessing their journey to find their authentic voice has been both humbling and awe-inspiring.
The inception of Chatterbox in 2011 brought a new chapter of joy into my life. The opportunity to engage with countless children through the years has been an absolute privilege. But what truly warms my heart is the collaborative effort we foster with other remarkable disciplines like occupational and physical therapists. There’s a unique magic in working together for the greater good.
In 2021, a beautiful twist of fate unfolded as my husband Tim, who shares my passion for helping others, decided to transition from his role as an orthotist and prosthetist to oversee the financial aspects of our company. Our journey isn’t just about us; it’s about the collective effort that goes into nurturing the Chatterbox vision.
As parents ourselves, we are doubly blessed to see our children grow while being actively involved in bringing the Chatterbox vision to life. It’s a journey that fills us with gratitude every single day.
