About Me
A Savannah native, Ricki obtained her Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia Southern University in May 2024. After completing her final clinical internship at Chatterbox, she decided that this was the perfect place for her to begin her career as an SLP. Ricki enjoys working with children with a variety of delays and disorders. Ricki has a strong interest in Autism and Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Gestalt Language Processing. What she loves most about working with children is being able to watch them grow and learn. The best part is being able to be fun, creative and silly as well. Ricki utilizes a Neurodiversity Affirming approach to working with children who are differently abled and incorporates child-led activities to help improve functional communication skills with children. She is most excited to be in a collaborative enviroment with a wonderful team to learn from.
