About Me

Jennifer joined Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy in 2022 as our Referrals Coordinator in the Pooler office. In 2024, she transitioned to the role of Billing Specialist, helping families navigate the complexities of insurance and billing to ensure their children receive the therapy they need. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University, earned in 2017, which has equipped her with the skills to excel in her role.

Jennifer has always been passionate about supporting children, especially those with special needs, making Chatterbox a perfect fit for her. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she relocated to Savannah in 2014 with her family and now resides in Pooler with her husband, two children, and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading by the pool and is an enthusiastic fan of all things Disney World.

Jennifer’s favorite part of her job is seeing the smiling faces of the children as they reach milestones and building connections with their families. She finds great joy in forming relationships with parents and being a part of each child’s journey to success.
