We understand the importance of access to services and are actively working toward developing additional resources for families who are not covered under our in-network agreements. We anticipate expanding these options in 2026.
We do accept a limited number of self-pay patients. Availability for self-pay services may vary depending on our current patient capacity.
If you have questions about your insurance coverage or payment options, please contact our office for assistance by texting 912-988-1526 or emailing office@chatterboxpeds.com.

7/1/2025: We are excited to announce that we are now accepting new PeachState patients again!
As of 2/1/2024, we are only in network for Cigna for Speech Therapy. We are no longer in network with ASH, which is over PT and OT services for Cigna members.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does it mean to be “in-network”?
A: Being “in-network” means we have a contract with your insurance provider to offer services at pre-negotiated rates. This often results in lower out-of-pocket costs for families.
Q: What does it mean to be “out-of-network”?
A: If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, it means we do not have a contract with your provider. As a result, your insurance may not cover our services, or may only reimburse a portion—often requiring you to pay the full amount upfront and file claims yourself. At this time, we are unable to support any services for out-of-network insurance plans, including providing superbills or documentation for reimbursement.
Q: What if my insurance is not listed above?
A: Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept any patients with out-of-network insurance. We encourage you to check back in the future, as we hope to expand our resources for these families in 2026.
Q: Can I still receive services if I want to pay out of pocket?
A: We do offer a limited number of self-pay slots. Availability is based on our current caseload. Please contact us to inquire about openings and rates.
