We could not be more pleased with Karen and Chatterbox. Our son started PT during the pandemic, which of course had us very concerned. Karen immediately set our minds at ease. We came for his initial evaluation and full precautions were in effect with our sons safety being top priority. One week later we were informed that telehealth service would be offered for our son to continue his much need PT during the state shut down. In the past month our son has shown so much progress. Teleheath has been easy to navigate and set up. Karen has been professional and caring on a level that is so far beyond average. She has been able to put eyes on our son and monitor his progress weekly while implementing new ideas for his therapy along the way.
