Whitney joined the Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy team in March 2021 after relocating to the Richmond Hill area from Charleston, SC. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University (Go Tigers!) and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Carolina University (Go Cats!). Her previous work experience includes working in a pediatric private practice. She has experience providing therapy to children of all ages with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in the areas of articulation/phonology, dyslexia/hyperlexia, auditory processing, feeding skills, food aversion, receptive and expressive language, fluency, pragmatics, and AAC. Whitney holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. Fun and productive growth are key elements in therapy with Whitney!
Whitney lives in Richmond Hill with her husband, Kyle and son, Wyatt. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and fur-babies, watching Auburn football, cooking, and crafting.
