Emily graduated from The University of Redlands with a Bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders. She completed her Masters degree in Communication Disorders at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Emily has worked in the public school system, serving children from PreK-12th grade, as well as in the inpatient and outpatient rehab setting. She has experience evaluating and treating communication disorders in many areas including, early intervention, language, articulation, phonological processing, oral-motor, voice, fluency, pragmatic language, and swallowing disorders. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Emily is a native of Los Angeles, CA but now lives in Savannah, GA with her husband and two boxers, Sadie and Harley. When not working, she enjoys walking her dogs, hiking, working out, traveling, and trying new restaurants in Savannah.
